Kuwait’s Ssh Will Design 146,000M2 Twin-Tower ‘Aurum One’ In Islamabad

SSH, a Kuwait-based international construction consultancy, has been chosen as the lead design consultant for a new housing project in Islamabad that will feature twin-tower mixed-use buildings. 


This is the firm’s first signature residential development in Pakistan. 


The project’s client is a partnership between Paragon Developers and the Defence Housing Authority Islamabad-Rawalpindi. 


Sources reported that the ‘Aurum One’ towers, with a total built area of approximately 146,000 square metres, will be located near Rawalpindi’s Giga Mall on G. T Road. It?will include one- to three-bedroom apartments,?a gym, shops,?and a rooftop pool. 


Moreover, Smart Hub Construction (Pvt.) Limited has recently launched Smart 100, a new residential project in F-18, Faisal Town, Islamabad. 


This housing scheme is distinguished from other real estate options in the area by its advanced technology and modern amenities. At the site, an open house was also held.
