Hina Shoaib, a Pakistani chef, grabbed the third position at International Chef Competition held in Jeddah. After winning the award she has become the first Pakistani woman to bag the honor.
According to the media reporters, Hina Shoaib presented her culinary art at the Pakistan Pavilion in International Chef Competition where she mesmerized everyone with her dishes. Pakistani Ambassador, Ameer Khurram Rathore, inaugurated the Pakistan Pavilion.
While a number of Pakistani cuisines were served at the event, it was Hina ShoaibÂ’s kebab paratha and the sauce that gathered heaps of praise.
The chef took it to social media to share the good news. She also shared that the winning dish consisted of cooked tanmiah breast chicken stuffed with Italian cheese with mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce with chicken gravy, in addition, she also made kebab paratha.
Hina Shoaib has been presented the bronze medal and the certificate by the senior chefs, Daniel Meyer and Thomas Gugler, upon finishing third in the competition. Hina Shoaib also expressed pride and joy for being selected among the top chefs.?Her smile and reaction showed how thrilled she is to have won for Pakistan.
Moreover, a leading businessman Mohammed Waqaas grabbed the “Most Successful Business Person of The Year Award 2022” at the Pakistan Achievement Awards ceremony conducted at the Wembley Arena.
Waqaas is a managing director of Royal Nawaab Restaurants in London and Manchester who received the prestigious award for his services to the Asian restaurant industry in Britain.?
