Dha Quetta Announces To Open European Style Food Street In May

The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Quetta has declared that it is planning to the opening of a European-style food street in May, the authority’s official Facebook page revealed. 


According to the details, the DHA Quetta will open Pakistan’s largest food street, which will feature truck art-inspired, European-style containers. In May, DHA members can sample a variety of cuisines in one location. The authority has not released any additional information about the facilities and types of food that will be easily?available at the food street. 


Moreover, sources reported that the authority has announced that the construction of Designer’s Signature Houses has begun. 


The administration stated that construction on 1-kanal Designer’s Signature Houses in the residential society has begun. The authority expects the construction to be accomplished this year. 


It is worth noting that the DHA administration announced in January that construction on the aforementioned houses would begin in March. The DHA team’s efforts resulted in the construction beginning ahead of schedule. 


Meanwhile, the Defence Housing Authority Quetta also?revealed that all allocation plot files from the January 11, 2023 location ballot will be assigned plot numbers in the January 2024 ballot. 


The scheme has been announced by the authority for all allocation files that missed the November timeline to clear their charges and were not assigned plot numbers in the recent ballot. The development charges for the files that were allotted plot numbers in the last ballot, on the other hand, will be suspended until June 2023 and will then be accepted in quarterly instalments. 


The 1-kanal plot file location ballot was held on January 11. Only those file owners whose outstanding dues had been paid were eligible to vote, sources reported. 


In addition, the provision of Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) service has also been vowed by the authority. It said that the service will be available soon for the residents of the housing society. Sources also shared the names of internet service providers including Fiberlink, Storm Fiber, PTCL, Wateen, and Optix.
