According to Opensignal, a private analytics company that specialises in assessing mobile network experiences globally, Ufone has been named a “Global Rising Star” in the Global Awards 2023.
The telecom company is the only operator in the world to have improved all five categories of telecom services by the highest proportion.
With excellent improvements to its user experience in each of the five categoriesgaming, voice, download speed, upload speed, and time on 4GUfone stands out among the top 30 operators worldwide in every category.
Between H2 2021 and H2 2022, the corporation experienced an upload speed boost of 77.2%, which is the biggest percentage improvement. The business also noted a 20.8 percent rise in Time on 4G/5G experience.
Prior to this, Ufone was recognised as the best voice and data network by Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) in its national service quality benchmarking evaluation of 2022.
