The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Lahore has announced that plots in Prism 9 and Phase IV sectors will be handed over.
According to the details, the authority will hand over possession of residential plots in Sectors D and E and commercial plots in Sectors P of Prism 9. According to the same post, plots in Shuhada Town will be handed over soon. It is important to note that the authority has only shared this teaser post with no timetable for handing over possession.
Moreover, the DHA Lahore announced the handover of plots in Sector KK of Phase IV via another post shared on the authority’s Facebook page. According to the post, Sector K has a total area of 903 Kanal. This post also did not mention the timeline for possession transfer.
A couple of months ago, DHA Lahore shared a traffic diversion plan for the Shabir Sharif Road underpass project.
The diversion plan was revealed to minimise disruption and improve commuter convenience for vehicles passing through the proposed construction area. For the duration of the construction, the following traffic route has been determined:
Shabbir Sharif Road, from Avenue 4 to Avenue 2, will be closed to all traffic during construction.
The alternate route through Avenue 6 has been marked for the benefit of deserving residents.
DHA residents are asked to take alternate routes and to cooperate with security personnel.
In addition, the authority also established sub-offices in Karachi and Islamabad to better serve its esteemed members. The DHA Lahore sub-office is located at 27-C-Lane 11, Bukhari Commercial, Phase-6 of the DHA Karachi. The new sub-office will provide members with high-quality, timely services.
The authoritys administration announced the opening of a sub-office in DHA Islamabad. According to the video, the sub-office is located at Jacaranda Family Club, Club Avenue, Sector E Phase II of DHA Islamabad. Residents can take advantage of various services, including property transfer and verification.
