Mohabbat Tumse Nafrat Hai tells the story of Kaneez Begum's (played by Saba Faisal) family who has gone through several ups and downs in life but still tries to keep a lively atmosphere for others at home. She has a granddaughter, Maheen (Ayeza Khan) who is short-tempered and egoistical but is still loved by everyone.
