Haroon Rasheed and Chris Rasheed, entrepreneurs and owners of Bee Happy Raw Honey in California, US, have a strong desire to save bees and promote raw honey. 

They give all of their honey to friends, neighbours, and first responders every year. 


In 2022, Haroon and Pakistani-based billionaire Umer Ali Malik decided to establish the Serena Bee Museum, with the latter offering a valuable piece of land at Neelishang, a premier mountain resort in the centre of KPK, where he is currently building a resort-styled estate development project. 


Sources reported that Umer Ali Malik came to share Haroon’s environmental concerns. He has stated a desire to establish a Bee Museum to teach current and future generations in Pakistan about the benefits of growing fruit trees and bee-friendly vegetation. 


The Bee Museum’s first prototype has already been shipped to Lahore, and its designs are about to complete.?Sources said that?the groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled for the end of this year-2023. 


Haroon and Chris have been interested in urban gardening for many years, assisting their neighbours with landscaping and gardening while keeping the environment and future in mind. 


That’s when Haroon realised the importance of honeybees in the ecosystem?and the damage their expected extinction would cause on the earth and their adoptive city, Vallejo, California, where Haroon and Chris have been active members of the community. 


Moreover, Haroon is a Pakistani native who has been concerned about the recent severe floods and the?unusual temperature rises blamed on Climate Change in his hometown of Lahore.
