Hungary announces 400 fully funded scholarships for Pakistani students

In a major boost for Pakistani students, Hungary has announced 400 fully funded scholarships under its academic exchange program. The announcement was made during Hungarian Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó’s recent visit to Islamabad, where he highly focused on discussing strengthening education ties between the two countries. 

Strengthening Bonds Through Education 

At a joint press conference with Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, Szijjártó described Pakistan as a “trusted friend” and kept on explaining how education can be a bridge between nations. “We value the contribution of Pakistani professionals and believe this opportunity will empower even more young minds,” he said. 

The program has already generated excitement, with over 1,700 applications received from Pakistan alone. These numbers speak volumes about the enthusiasm of Pakistani students eager to gain international exposure.
