Following its recent acquisition of a 40 percent stake in Pakistan Gas and Oil Company (GO), oil major Saudi Aramco on Tuesday opened its first oil marketing station in Pakistan. GO, a main player in the nation’s fuels, lubricants, and convenience store areas, boasts a network of over 1,200 retail outlets across the country.
The coordinated effort with Aramco, the world’s biggest incorporated energy and chemical compounds firm, expects to convey great fills and upgrade the purchaser’s experience.
Aramco branded stations feature premium “ProForce” fuel, premium Valvoline engine oil, professional Express Care Auto service, and a state-of-the-art store designed to provide a customer experience.
“This is another milestone in Aramco’s development story as we launch Aramco’s first gas station in Pakistan- a market, which is growing rapidly,” said Aramco chairman and vice president. for projects and clients, Yasir M. Mufti (Yasser M. Mufti).
“Our values of greatness, development, and community partnerships sit at the core of what we do and will go about as our guide as we influence our broad worldwide refinery systems to ensure reliable supplies to clients while presenting our complementary first-class retail contributions.”
Along with GO, which has a network of over 1,200 fuel retail stations in Pakistan, Aramco plans to extend its retail organization and establish a presence in the quickly developing Pakistani economy.
“We are confident that this partnership will bring great value to our customers,” said Mufti. By repeating the statement, GO CEO Khalid Riaz said that Aramco’s electric petrol station in Lahore is a testament to its commitment to excellence and innovation.
“Along with Aramco, we mean to hoist the retail fuel scene in Pakistan, setting new benchmarks for quality, administration, and customer satisfaction,” Riaz said.
Aramco completed the acquisition of a 40% stake in GO Pakistan in May this year. The acquisition, first declared in December 2023, addresses Saudi Aramco’s first downstream retail interest in Pakistan and signs the organization’s developing retail presence in high-value markets.
