The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has declared a ‘golden opportunity’ for foreigners to invest in residential plots of different sizes in the C-series Sectors of the authority.
Overseas Pakistanis who want to own a residential plot in Islamabad could register on the ‘Online Application Forms Window’ beginning May 23. It was underlined that the plots are located in the C-series Sector, in a tranquil area with plenty of green space and convenient access to urban amenities. On June 20, computerised balloting for these plots will take place.
