The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) issued a warning that temperatures in Karachi will be above average for the next three to four days.
However, the good news is also on the way, as the situation is expected to improve beginning March 12.
According to the Met Department, the rain will also begin to fall all over the country at the start of Ramadan.
Rain is expected to fall across the country by the end of March, PMD reported. However, the Met Office has issued a warning that the second and third Ashra of Ramadan might be comparatively hot.
Moreover, different cities in Punjab, Balochistan, and the northwestern upper parts of Pakistan experienced light to moderate rain yesterday, with PMD predicting more rain today, as per media reports.
PMD further said that a westerly wave is influencing the upper and central regions of the nation and is expected to last for the next 24 hours.
During the coming 24 hours, the weather system is predicted to bring gusty winds, rain/thunderstorms, and isolated hailstorms to Islamabad, KP, Punjab, FATA, Gilgit-Baltistan, Kashmir, north Baluchistan (Zhob, Quetta, Sibbi, Kalat, Nasirabad divisions), and upper Sindh (Larkana, Sukkur divisions).
